No, that isn’t a typo, this is actually a post about a company called The. What I love about The. is their eclectic range of products and their unashamedly simple ethos. As the creators, Sherwood Forlee and Mihoko Ouchi say, there are no fanciful reasons behind their range of products, they quite simply have very short attention spans.

I first came across the company when I saw their Framed Objects range, a series of frames which feature either a vase, shelf or hook and serve to emphasize the objects within them. I would love to have one in my hallway but alas, by the time I have come to post about them they have sold out. Boo. But it has led me to see the rest of their weird and wacky products – and there are some gems:
