We’ve just spotted these beauties on Pinterest (thanks to the uber-cool The Cool Hunter) and we just had to share them with you straight away. These jaw-dropping prints are by Mike Pelletier and are the result of creative genius combined with experimental techniques using Microsoft’s motion sensing ‘Kinect’ device. There is something really mesmerising about these images don’tcha think?.. 3D portraits yet eerily cold at the same time? And boy do we loooovvveeeee the gold.

These designs are printed on metallic paper and we can imagine they look absolutely stunning in the flesh. Mike Pelletier is an interactive artist & technical director, who has extensive experience working with artists, designers and directors in creative environments. He has participated and hosted a number of creative technology workshops and his his work has been featured in festivals and exhibitions around the world.
